Join to apply for the Project Manager - Highways M/F role at Eurovia **What is the role?** Reporting to the Business Unit Manager and the management team, the Project Manager works with superintendents to contribute to the company's goals and profits by accurately estimating project costs within specifications and market value, developing new business, and securing profitable construction contracts. Responsibilities include: Assessing and providing accurate cost estimates and documentation for contracts. Reviewing projects to analyze estimated vs. actual costs and using this data for future estimates. Planning short- and long-term projects with the team. Developing annual business strategies with management. Ensuring contractual compliance and managing project schedules. Overseeing tendering, awarding sub-trade contracts, and managing preconstruction activities. Managing project execution, client relationships, and progress reporting. Building a client base through prospecting and relationship management. Reviewing insurance and bonding contracts, promoting teamwork, and implementing process improvements.
