Responsibilities Lead the field workforce and support teams in alignment with sales volume to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations for project scheduling and execution Plan, direct and coordinate employee assignments, visually monitor employee performance on projects to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and budgets Ensure all employees comply with safety procedures as set out by company policy and provincial Health and Safety Act. Investigate any work-related accident/incident/near misses Supervise maintenance operations, ensuring adherence to established procedures and providing hands-on technical support to resolve issues and optimize equipment performance Work in coordination with property managers, designated managers, and owners to meet or exceed contractual obligations Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of field personnel Support union-related matters, administer policies, and foster strong labor relations Collaborate with the Sales Team on site surveys, offering technical recommendations to enhance product performance and project outcomes Oversee material and equipment readiness by surveying ongoing projects and coordinating timely procurement aligned with project schedules Maintain current knowledge of all aspects of elevator technology Take ownership of issues, provide solutions, and ensure exceptional customer service Other tasks as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr
