Overview Site Superintendent (Mid-Senior Level) Travel Role (Out-of-Town Projects) AB/BC locations (LOA provided) We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with dynamic teams, and is open to travel for out-of-town assignments. Compensation : $110,000 - $170,000 Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain workflow and productivity. Enforce health & safety standards and site-specific protocols. Track progress, resolve on-site challenges, and report updates to Project Managers. Manage site documentation, inspections, and quality control. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Qualifications 5+ years of site supervision experience, preferably with commercial, ICI, or multi-family projects. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple trades and prioritize effectively. Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices. Willingness and flexibility to travel to out-of-town project sites (LOA and travel accommodations provided). Certifications such as Gold Seal, Red Seal, or PMP considered an asset.
