Position Summary: Reporting to the Sr. Director, Retail Sales, the Key Account Manager is responsible for achieving annual volume targets associated with the national business for a specific customer. The KAM role is to work directly with the National Account Manager to manage total Loblaws deli and drive profitable growth. Key Accountabilities: Manage a key customer banner for deli on both branded and private label products Supporting promotional strategy, forecasts and plans with customer for total Attend customer meetings bi-weekly and/or monthly Use of customer data to provide key insights and analysis to support sell stories and improving results Supporting the NAM on day-to-day business meeting prep, administrative work, performance analysis Support monthly Sofina performance review Development of customer presentations and proposals including new product proposals, business reviews. Effectively manage and reconcile all rebates, allowances, deductions and receivables with the applicable trading partners.
