Starting Salary: $75,000 CAD + Commission What you will be doing: Work with some of the best brands in the world on their primary packaging needs Build meaningful relationships with your customers to a point of being far more than their Account Manager, more so a valued partner to their business Identify opportunities from our existing CRM of accounts that can be upsold with unit based discounts and other services such as free storage, local distribution and flexible payment terms. Proactively prospecting inline with our ideal customer profile, target markets and revenue goals. Conduct cold outreach to new prospects in creative and exciting ways focused on long term, sustainable, relationships. Creating custom pricing & distribution proposals that suit each brands operations Running a very hygienic pipeline of brands and hitting quarterly revenue targets Managing the customer experience and being their point of contact with anything they need when it comes to their packaging. Key Requirements: Must have a very good understanding of brands and how to communicate with them about a physical product that is often a critical part of their image & daily operations. Be capable of using basic pricing tooling, managing deals within a CRM, running great discovery and executing on post sales needs. Experience selling or operating with customers buying physical products is a plus! Comfortable prospecting through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and trade publications. Comfortable conducting own research on potential prospects through a variety of channels to put together relevant proposals inline with current packaging portfolio Must be organized and able to work to specific timelines, experience working with lead times and overseas supply chain is a plus Resumes emailed to #J-18808-Ljbffr
