Job Description

* **Cultivate and manage relationships with builders**, developers and related stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities to increase market share in the builder industry. Develop and execute strategies to achieve business and revenue objectives. Engage regularly with builders, developers, realtors, and industry associations.* **Maintain comprehensive knowledge** of market trends, the competitive landscape, and industry developments to anticipate challenges and opportunities, and develop effective strategies. Actively participate in and support industry-related associations and events to promote CIBCs profile in the builder market.* **Leverage business opportunities** by training MAs on builder program features, site servicing requirements, and effective client engagement. Drive accountability by ensuring MA commitment to site management, with a focus on building a long-term pipeline for sustained growth. Demonstrated experience in business development and relationship management, ideally within a financial services organization and the new home construction market.* **Collaborate with functional groups** across CIBC, including Mortgage Advisors and Area Sales Managers in Specialized Advice, Personal and Business Banking partners and Real Estate Finance Division to develop and leverage business opportunities. Promote a One Team approach by ensuring Mortgage Advisors deliver advice-based solutions that showcase the best of CIBC in every client interaction.* **The role operates** across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba and plays a key part in achieving growth and revenue targets.* **Well-developed** consulting skills, with the ability to build trust, influence others, and work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.* **You put our clients first.** You engage with purpose to find the right solutions.
