Reporting to the Supervisor, Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT), functions as a member of the Cardiac Catheterizations Electrophysiology and Device Implant teams. In collaboration with a Cardiologist, who specialty involves three aspects of cardiac care: Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology Lab and Device implantation the CVT supports, manages and reports technical monitoring prior, during and post care. The CVT provides technical assistance/support to the programs prior, during and post care. QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Training And Experience Diploma in Cardiovascular Technology; and Two years recent related experience; and Current registration or eligible for registration with the Canadian Association of Cardiopulmonary Technologist An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.
