The course emphasizes creative data analysis approaches and critical evaluation of data analysis. It involves lectures, tutorials, and a major team project analyzing large health datasets. Enrollment and Support Estimated course enrollment: 19 students Estimated TA support: 40-50 hours Schedule and Compensation Sessional Dates: September 3rd - December 31st, 2024 (specific class dates to be determined). All courses are expected to be in-person. Salary: $17,267.74 (includes 4% vacation pay) Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Experience teaching accredited university courses PhD in statistical methods/biostatistics, mathematics, or related field Advanced R programming skills Published research on clinical trial data analysis Experience in a hospital environment Preferred Qualifications: Same as minimum qualifications.
