Implement a sales and retention strategy with our advisors Meet regularly with the Advisors and Direct Sales Representatives to discuss sales topics, company initiatives, and identify sales opportunities. Produce and share monthly sales reports with the advisors Find new advisors and distribution opportunities Provide support to advisors in terms of business development and to add value to our distribution networks Provide and apply detailed technical knowledge in conjunction with advisor sales process Manage your own book of business by being clients main point of contact for service as well as seeking opportunities to grow your book Act as mentor to advisors as they develop in their role Support corporate financial plan through achievement of new business production targets What you'll bring... Post Secondary education in a related field 5 years experience in property & casualty insurance Excellent organization and communication skills Must have an OTL agent license or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire (assistance provided) Familiarity with PowerBroker or other Industry Management Systems is an asset This position requires the successful candidate to visit clients and to have a valid driver's licence.
