Summary The VIP Concierge serves as the first point of contact for executive and high-profile clients at our Fixed Base Operation (FBO). This role combines exceptional hospitality, personalized service, and operational support to ensure a seamless and elevated customer experience. Responsibilities Hospitality & Guest Experience Greet/welcome VIP passengers, flight crews, and visitors upon arrival with a professional and polished demeanor. Anticipate client needs and provide personalized service to ensure a seamless travel experience. Escort clients to and from the lounge, ramp area, or ground transportation as required. Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive client information. VIP Lounge Management Maintain the executive lounge in pristine condition at all times, ensuring a comfortable and luxury environment. Replenish food, beverage, and amenity stock throughout the day, ensuring availability and presentation meet company standards. Monitor lounge supplies and coordinate with vendors or internal departments for restocking. Ensure cleanliness and readiness of lounge furniture, dcor, restrooms, and refreshment areas. Operational Support Coordinate with Customer Service Representatives, Line Service, and Flight Operations teams to support client movements and ensure timely service delivery. Ensure compliance with all FBO safety, security, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Proven background in luxury hospitality, high-end customer service, or aviation concierge services. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional presence. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate guest needs without direct instruction. Familiarity with business aviation or premium travel services is an asset. Ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion. Working Conditions Based in an executive FBO environment serving corporate and private aviation clients. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet client needs and able to work shifts.
