Retail Seasonal Consultant MAIN DUTIES Ensures to create an appropriate atmosphere for the customer to have a memorable 'Swarovski Experience' Responsible for processing efficient customer transactions (sales) and for following all Retail Policies & Procedures around the POS system. Maintain a clean and orderly checkout and ensure there is enough ribbon, personalized cards and gifting materials for the customer to select from in the cash area. Get all customer purchases Gift Ready in a timely manner. Answers and directs phone calls and/or customer inquiries to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and/or Perm Sales Consultant Assists in verifying and receiving all inbound inventory. Unpacks, stock and inventories merchandise received. Will replenish inventory on the sales floor when required. Assists in setting up and operating special events to promote Swarovski products as Required.
