Responsibilities Youll be the backbone of our service department, ensuring every vehicle leaves our shop in peak condition. Your knowledge and expertise deliver exceptional service and maintenance to our guests vehicles. Your responsibilities include: Diagnose & Repair: Tackle a wide range of vehicle issues, from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics, ensuring every car leaves our shop in peak condition. Inspect & Troubleshoot: Use state-of-the-art tools and technology to identify problems and develop effective repair plans. Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicles needs, offering expert advice and recommendations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and service advisors to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance skills and deliver top-notch service. Incumbent may be asked to perform other duties as required. Qualifications Licensed Automotive Technician: Valid Automotive Service Technician License (310S). Experience: Proven experience in automotive repair and diagnostics. Technical Skills: Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and solve complex issues. Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment. Passion: A genuine love for automobiles and a drive to keep learning and improving.
