This role does require someone billingual in both ENG and FR. Required Skills and Experience 15 years of experience in project and/or service delivery Ability to team effectively across a large organization to bring together highperforming cross functional teams to deliver services for customers Ability to represent a seamless customer solution by integrating multipleservice areas Ability to manage and govern large business-to-business multi-year servicecontracts Ability to become a customer trusted advisor who can recognize business needsand follow through to revenue expanding wins In-depth knowledge of business controls and cost accounting with ability tomanage a large contract P&L BilingualFrench and English Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications Successful long term customer relationship management #J-18808-Ljbffr
