An OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate picks, packs and dispenses online orders ensuring high-quality standards and accuracy while adhering to safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty. What Youll Do Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature areas with care and quality to achieve On Time delivery to customers. Packs orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similarly named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes. Ensures that products picked are of the highest quality (no damaged products, freshest product selection, etc.). Correctly documents and labels all orders through interpretation of pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels. Optimizes tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards. Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and provides service to support issue resolution. Maintains strict safety and food hygiene standards, keeps the work area clean, cleans spills immediately, ensures totes are clean and debris-free before packing, and operates material handling equipment safely with safety pre-inspection checks. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to procedures, productivity, safety, and quality; demonstrates flexibility in completing/adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and daily delivery schedules.
