Summary The Controller, as part of the Executive team, is responsible for implementing the vision and strategic direction of HealthiStraw through managing the companys overall financial operations. The position is responsible for improving the profitability for the company by establishing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures. This position is responsible for building positive lasting business relationships both internally and externally. The Controller manages the daily activities, attendance, and performance of corporate admin staff. Someone with proven experience with current accounting practices and principles - proficiency in completing full cycle accounting tasks for a group of companies. An individual dedicated to 24-40 hours per week based on experience and availability. A professional possessing strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively, work well under pressure, and make timely decisions to maintain workflow momentum. A personable and energetic team player who excels at leading and inspiring others, with a strong desire to help others develop their talents A forward thinker utilizing knowledge and skills to collaborate with the executive team, providing insight to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control the current processes that impact customer quality and influence internal operating efficiency.
