Reporting to the Manager, HR Systems & Analytics, you will play a key role in supporting our Human Resources Division by enabling data-informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities HR Reporting & Metrics Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support talent attraction and management. Analyze HR data and present actionable insights to leadership. Use data storytelling to communicate complex findings in a clear and compelling way. Respond to ad hoc data requests and support continuous improvement initiatives. HRIS (SuccessFactors) Support Act as a Super User and mentor for the SuccessFactors platform. Provide training, troubleshoot issues, and manage system tickets. Conduct user acceptance testing and manage HCM roles and workflows. Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and support mass data changes. Process Redesign & Efficiency Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement. Conduct workflow analysis and recommend strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Support the HR team in leveraging technology to optimize performance and data integrity. Skills & Abilities Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of technical experience supporting HR functions. Strong understanding of HR policies, recruitment practices, and general HR operations. Proficiency in Power BI.
