Position Overview As our Business Operations Associate, you will play a critical role supporting our operations department and streamlining our processes. We are looking for an execution-oriented individual that is passionate about the details and unlocking new ways to drive efficiency. Our ideal candidate is analytical and strategic but easily adaptable to changing priorities. They are obsessed with optimizing process and removing roadblocks across all teams. They are excited about using finding new ways to use AI and tools move us forward. Key Responsibilities Manage financial systems including company credit cards, budgets, end of month reconciliation etc. Use AI & other tools to optimize processes and drive efficiency. Support business development automation in Hubspot. Own our Notion environment and create a culture of complete and up to date record keeping. Draft submissions for grants and additional funding opportunities. Own and report on grant deliverables and ensure team hits deadlines. Identify & apply to competitions and prizes to drive brand awareness. Own office IT infrastructure (internet, security systems, etc) Contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration through new initiatives. Own and/or support on new initiatives as they come up. Qualifications Degree in business, finance, software engineering or related field. 1-3 experience working in fast paced environments (startups are a plus!) AI system knowledge is a must. Experience with digital tools like Zapier, Airtable, Hubspot etc is a plus. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently with little instruction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
