Join to apply for the Concrete Lab Technician role at Amrize . **About The Role** In collaboration with the cement lab team, the lab technician will perform concrete mixes and physical tests. The employee will work closely with the technical sales support team. The lab tech will manage analysis results and data entry in dedicated computerized systems. The lab tech will also handle some routine maintenance of lab equipment and contribute to research and development projects. **What Youll Accomplish** Respect and promote safe practices in the laboratory by adopting appropriate behaviors. Perform analyses according to standards such as ASTM, AASHTO, CSA, etc. Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment. Participate in inter-laboratory test campaigns like CCRL, RRT, and CSA. Follow the laboratory's quality assurance program. Manage laboratory warehouse space (may require forklift and pallet truck operation). Plan, prepare, weigh, sieve, mix, and test concrete mixes using various analysis methods. Commit to health, safety, and environmental policies. Promote safety culture and behaviors. **What Were Looking For** College diploma in civil engineering or relevant experience. Forklift driving experience is a plus. Experience in lab work, civil engineering, concrete, cement, or aggregates industry. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. No travel required. **Additional Requirements** Good manual dexterity and ability to carry heavy weights. Strong analytical and judgment skills. Interest or proficiency in concrete laboratory testing methods.
