CE operates primarily in the business-to-business environment where its products are sold through licensed HVAC dealers and HVAC contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. CEC offers customers a wide range of HVAC/R product lines, competitive pricing, best-in-class customer service and valuable, time-saving services that positions CEC as an industry leader. With 34 locations in Canada and over 150+ locations, in 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, there is a location to service our customers HVAC/R needs. We are currently accepting internal and external applications for the Marketing Specialist. The Opportunity: The Marketing Program Specialist will report directly to the Residential & Commercial Marketing & Sales Support Manager. He / She will manage multiple ongoing & event-specific marketing programs that drive increased residential dealer network loyalty & growth KPIs on a National level. Below are some of the tasks the Marketing Program Specialist will actively participate in: Develop and refresh seasonal and annual dealer programs, campaigns and promotions; report on progress Coordinate in person and virtual customer events, training sessions, meetings and tradeshows for residential dealers & commercial contractors and engineers Develop e-communications for program launches, promotions and events to external customers and internal sales and management stakeholders Work regularly with third party advertising, trade marketing agencies to execute outbound dealer programs, promotions and advertising campaign needs Act as first point of contact for dealer marketing program & campaign inquiries. Liaison with manufacturing partner on traditional factory-led channel marketing programs. Work with Marketing Manager to revise as needed for Canadian market requirements and launch. Manage Dealer Business Development Fund (Co-Op) Program & provide guidance to regional claim processing administrators Manage Residential National Lead Management Program, Develop & track key KPIs & ROI metrics. Work with internal field team to ensure efficient use of program by customer base Provide support to maintain customer databases and dealer resource portals Coordinate program execution requirements with regional GMs and Account Managers Assist with additional marketing duties as required Skills and Behaviors 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience. University degree in marketing, business or related discipline is required French written and verbal skills is an asset but not required Ecommerce or End User Digital Adoption experience is an asset Trade marketing experience with hardline/durable products and brands is an asset Customer service focused, analytical, with positive attitude and strong communication skills Self-driven, highly motivated and responsive team player in a dynamic, exciting environment! Works well under pressure and managing multiple deliverables and timelines Excellent presentation skills and high proficiency with MS Excel & PowerPoint. Any Adobe Suite experience is an asset (especially but not limited to Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator) Whats in it for you? Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to resposibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining (if any).
