We are growing rapidly and are looking for a full-time Immigration Consultant to join our team. The consultant will represent clients through consultations and applications, contributing to their success and the company's growth. This role offers long-term development opportunities based on performance, initiative, and engagement. Job Duties Provide immigration consultations to evaluate clients' profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways (study permits, work permits, express entry, etc.). Prepare and submit applications to IRCC, including filling out forms, drafting letters of motivation, and compiling supporting documents, managing each case from start to finish. Stay updated on recent changes in Canadian immigration laws. Monitor application statuses and follow up as needed. Maintain detailed and organized records for each client's immigration process. Complete electronic forms in compliance with ICCRC regulations. Participate proactively in paralegal training sessions. Follow up with clients post-consultation to close contracts effectively. Participate in social media videos to promote Immiland Canada's team of consultants. Requirements Proficiency in both Spanish and English; French is a plus. 1-5 years of relevant experience. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills with high analytical thinking aligned with company values. Good communication skills and professionalism with clients and colleagues. Flexible, autonomous, and proactive. Willingness to participate in promotional videos to attract clients. Good computer skills; familiarity with client management software and openness to learning new systems. Receptive to feedback and committed to personal growth. Valid ICCRC / IRCC license.
