As a Commercial Field Service Apprentice Electrician on the Tesla Energy Commercial Operations Team , youll work under the direction and supervision of a Licensed Electrician . This full-time role is focused on maintaining commercial PV , energy storage , and supercharging stations . While not all electrical disciplines are required, strong candidates should be capable of performing a variety of tasks including distribution power, lighting, and low voltage work. Youll assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment such as power distribution , transformers , and inverters . About the role: Utility Field Service Electrician Apprentice As an Apprentice Electrician , youll be expected to support operations under licensed supervision. Tasks include working with electrical systems up to 1000VDC , interpreting schematics and blueprints , and maintaining critical infrastructure. Youll perform hands-on work servicing EV charging stations , battery energy storage systems , and other electrical components. Success in this role requires technical skill , a positive attitude, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment. Job Type: Commercial Energy Full-time Requirements / Skills To be eligible for this role, you must be a Registered 309A apprentice through Skilled Trades Ontario (or Industry Training Authority in Vancouver). A solid understanding of basic electrical theory and Ohms law is essential.
