What Youll Do Source, develop, and nurture a pipeline of qualified mortgage and referral leads Provide expert mortgage advice to members, helping them achieve homeownership goals Leverage your network and COIs, such as real estate agents, builders, financial planners, and community groups Use your sales skills and product knowledge to meet and exceed targets Underwrite with confidence, ensuring compliance and regulatory standards Engage actively in your community through events and social media to represent Coast Capital and build brand trust Collaborate internally to ensure a seamless member experience What You Bring Proven track record in mortgage sales, relationship-building, and exceeding targets 5+ years of strategic sales and networking experience in financial services, real estate, or related fields Deep knowledge of BCs real estate market and mortgage products Confidence and autonomy in managing your schedule and pipeline Strong underwriting, financial analysis, and CRM skills Familiarity with digital lead generation tools and community engagement platforms A passion for helping others build better futures Lets Build Better Futures Together Our purpose is our promise.
