Responsibilities Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospect and build a sales pipeline, develop marketing plans, and contribute to sales and growth goals. Complete risk assessments and commercial inspections following underwriting guidelines. Review client goals, provide risk management advice, and update policies accordingly. Review policies to identify coverage needs, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed. Participate in events to promote brand awareness and develop community contacts for new business opportunities. Use strong communication skills to influence and facilitate mutually beneficial solutions. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in personal lines damage insurance. Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset. General insurance license is required. Additional Requirements Own vehicle, valid drivers license, and insurance. Regular travel required. Direct contact with clients and service providers in their environment. Extended hours, including evenings and weekends. Background check including Criminal Record and Consumer History.
