Reporting to the Kitchen Production Supervisor, this position supports the production of assigned products (BBQ, Sushi, and/or other Cooked Foods) based on received orders, ensuring quality, freshness, inventory, and wastage control. Responsibilities: Produce the correct quantity of products (BBQ, Sushi, or other Cooked Foods) based on orders. Perform production duties such as preparing perishable food items, rice cooking, cutting vegetables/meat/fish, stir-frying, deep frying, and pan frying. Control product quality, freshness, inventory levels, and wastage. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, equipment, and tools, and ensure workplace safety. Assist in answering customer inquiries. Follow food safety standards and safe work procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Experience and knowledge in cooking kitchen products (BBQ, Sushi, or other cooked foods). Knowledge of workplace health & safety and food safety (Food Safe Certification required). Understanding of relevant tools and equipment. Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Team player with flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings.
