Wholesale Sales Manager - Eastern Canada & Northeastern USA Join Sollio Agriculture as a Wholesale Sales Manager, responsible for developing and executing a territory sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. Work Location: Remote within the territory (Eastern Canada and Northeastern USA) with frequent Regional travel. Status: Permanent, Full-Time Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets; Supervise and lead Account Managers to identify and onboard new wholesale distributors and agricultural retailers; Lead and advise Account Managers to complete annual forecast with regular monthly reviews and adjust as required to ensure accuracy in supply and in meeting customer expectations; Negotiate pricing, terms, and supply agreements with customers within established company guidelines. Relationship Management Build and strengthen long-term relationships with distributors, and agricultural retailers in Eastern Canada and the Northeastern states; Develop strategies to grow share of wallet ensuring long-term sustainable business and accurate forecasts. Market Intelligence Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to help make informed decisions related to pricing strategies and product positioning; Provide regular sales forecasts and territory reports to Senior Management. Collaboration Work closely with Procurement, Logistics and Operations Teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction; Represent the company at regional trade shows and industry events. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Agronomy or Agriculture or a related field (or equivalent experience); Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in wholesale fertilizer, crop nutrients, or agricultural inputs; Established network of agricultural distributors and retailers in Eastern Canada and/or the Northeastern U.S. preferred; Strong understanding of fertilizer products, and crop production practices; Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Skills & Competencies Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities; Ability to analyze data, prepare forecasts, and develop actionable strategies; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (5070%).
