About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Manager, Operational Excellence to join our newest brand: Factor (factormeals.ca), a healthy, ready-to-heat meal delivery service. You will lead the Operational Excellence team for Factor Canada focusing on the development and implementation of a standard operating model as we scale our manufacturing operations nationally. Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end value stream mapping, engage with the workforce, and collaborate with functional leaders to define a Continuous Improvement Program. Lead the Factor Canada Operational Excellence team, focusing on the development and implementation of standard processes, tools, and equipment. Partner with the Global Stakeholders to define business and use cases for material management and production tools, systems, equipment, and/or automation enhancements. Create and maintain an engaging, collaborative, performance-focused work environment. Develop and deliver communication and change management plans to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: 5+ years of project management experience in a Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain experience, targeted towards Continuous Improvement implementation preferably with a Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Strong understanding of OHS and Food Safety and its application in a warehouse and food manufacturing environment. Ability to seamlessly balance big-picture operational design with a hands-on approach to execution.
