Job Description Posted Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 6:00 AM Job Opportunity: Restaurant Server Frob Eatery, Frobisher Inn Location: Iqaluit, NU Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available Shift Requirements: Breakfast and Lunch Service; Weekend Shifts May Be Required The Frob Eatery at the Frobisher Inn is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Restaurant Servers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences. In addition to traditional serving duties, this position includes hostess responsibilities and supporting guest servers to ensure smooth front-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal Assist with hostess duties including managing reservations and guest flow Support fellow servers and team members during peak service periods Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Process payments and handle POS transactions Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams Uphold service standards and contribute to a positive team environment Qualifications: Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure Professional appearance and positive attitude Availability for breakfast and lunch shifts, including weekends Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Local candidates preferred; preference will be provided to those who can speak Inuktitut What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage Supportive team environment Opportunity to work in one of Nunavuts leading hospitality venues Training and development opportunities Staff housing available for eligible full-time employees #J-18808-Ljbffr
