We are growing and seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team at our Barrie North HearCANADA clinic. What You Will Do Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing a range of audiological assessments and hearing evaluations. Stay current on trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make meaningful recommendations to clients. Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended. Collaborate with clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls. What We Are Looking For A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program. Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and a registrant of CASLPO or AHIP in good standing. Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience. Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members. Ability to make product and service recommendations and provide patient-centric education to ensure product adoption. Experience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton) is a definite asset, though not required. Benefits $75,000 - $100,000 annual base earnings plus an attractive variable compensation program with an overall package potential of $125,000+.
