Key Responsibilities Support the SDR team by contributing to the streamlining of internal processes and workflows. Qualify inbound leads generated through Salesforce marketing campaigns, events, and website traffic, using the Customer 360 platform. Collaborate with SDRs and Sales Executives to drive interest and schedule discovery meetings with potential customers. Perform research on target SMB accounts, identifying key contacts, and help develop personalized outreach strategies. Participate in ongoing training sessions and shadowing opportunities to learn best practices in sales engagement and opportunity creation. Track and manage prospecting activity using Salesforces CRM platform to ensure proper follow-up and lead conversion. Program Highlights Structured Training: Enablement across sales methodology, product knowledge, and role-specific skills. Mentorship and Support: Work with experienced SDRs and sales leaders. Hands-on Experience: Lead qualification, profiling, and nurturing within the SDR team. Qualifications Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Enthusiasm for building a career in sales and technology. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Self-motivated with a passion for learning and personal growth.
