Responsibilities Lead growth across channels such as student and corporate aggregators, direct employee purchase program (EPP), B2B partnerships, and more. Be strategic, logical, and detail oriented; work proactively and with strong interpersonal skills. Support divisional ad-hoc requests related to online activities by collaborating with all levels of the organization to deliver on time. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Market research: identify Total Available Market, potential account list, competitor and industry benchmarks. EPP account development: assist B2B account reps to launch new EPP accounts; launch new EPP programs with aggregator partners. Develop short- to long-term growth strategies and plans for EPP. Lead development of unique and differentiated offering projects for EPP accounts. Manage end-to-end account onboarding, including contracts, site development, and onboarding documentation. Product lifecycle management: manage new product launches, End of Life models, pricing and promotions on EPP sites. Develop promotional calendars and proposals to drive EPP business, obtaining internal approvals as needed. Coordinate with marketing and legal to develop creatives and terms for offers and promotions; implement marketing strategies with the marketing team and performance marketing manager. Communicate promotions with EPP partners and deploy marketing materials. Work with digital marketing to maximize sell-out with paid/affiliate/CRM strategies. Monitor and analyze sales trends, traffic, conversion, ROI, and areas for improvement; report regularly. Support operations with sell-out forecasting and site operation monitoring; fulfill regular and ad-hoc reports. Coordinate with Hybris platform team to manage B2B content accuracy; track and report online performance to evaluate ROI. Provide regular reports to internal stakeholders and HQ. Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing/Economics or related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience in retail/consumer electronics. Knowledge MS Office suite with strong Excel & PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP desirable). Strong verbal and written communication; excellent interpersonal skills. Strong data analysis, financial acumen, and business sense. Dynamic, motivational, entrepreneurial mindset with internal drive to meet goals and deadlines. Ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple levels within and outside the company. Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills; ability to work in a team to achieve goals within timelines. Experience 5+ years in eCommerce, business development, and/or B2B sales/marketing. Proven track record in pipeline generation. Experience in consumer electronics is an asset.
