We are hiring seasonal Visual Merchandisers to bring our brand to life by styling mannequins, creating eye-catching displays, and keeping presentations fresh as product flows. Youll arrange props, place signage, and partner across teams to execute impactful visuals that drive sales all while maintaining high standards, staying on-brand, and ensuring a seamless, inspiring store experience. What we offer Competitive pay rate between $18-20/hr, based on experience 0 - 39 hours per week Seasonal employee discount A fun & friendly atmosphere with on-the-job training provided What you will be doing Style and dress mannequins and/or hard goods presentation per Holt Renfrew guidelines Sourcing and implementing appropriate materials and props Adhere to corporate guidelines, standards and directives Partner with various departments to execute visual initiatives Re-work presentations as merchandise sells down or consolidations arrive, ensuring new receipts are present to maximize impact Rotate aged stock into blends to assist in driving sell-through Orchestrate placement of signage Work with external vendor specialists in merchant designated areas/departments Ensure established visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store interiors and windows Properly maintain the visual stockroom & visual merchandising collateral Respect merchandise protection standards and inventory requirements when selecting and returning merchandise for presentations Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cybersecurity measures Requirements Previous Visual Merchandising experience is an asset Related fashion school and/or Visual Merchandising courses/diploma is an asset Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., stand for periods of time, use ladders in a safe manner and move about the store Ability to work as a team Availability for a variety of shifts during weekdays, evenings, weekends from October 20 January 10 Holt Renfrew is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
