In This Role Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments as per standardized operating procedures, industry regulations and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics Understand and determine customer needs to recommend solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters Respond and resolve customers' concerns using standard procedures and escalate non-standard activities as necessary Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes Promote a positive, diverse and equitable work environment and participate in personal performance development Support the team by staying dedicated and keeping everyone up-to-date on routine activities Deliver quality customer experiences and identify opportunities to improve operations Job Requirements High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills for a fast-paced environment Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet Initiative, accuracy and detail orientation to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities Effective communicator with customer experience skills, able to engage with diverse people in writing and verbally Work Location / Hours / Pay Location: Thompson, Manitoba, Canada Hours: 15 per week Pay: $22.50 - $28.33 CAD Who We Are TD is a global financial institution and a leading bank in North America.
