Overview Field Sales Representative Open Fields The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role involves meeting or exceeding sales targets, maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services, and representing the company professionally in all interactions. The ideal candidate is goal-driven, customer-focused, and a skilled communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties Actively seek out, identify, and establish new sales opportunities by strengthening store-level relationships through face-to-face interactions, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and contracts to secure new business. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system. Support day-to-day administration. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences. Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the Sales Manager regarding customer needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, as well as cadence summary reports to senior leadership. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development initiatives. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events as required. Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager to support the overall success of the sales team. Requirements Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. A valid drivers license and personal insured vehicle. Smart Choices - Manitoba Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring). Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles.
