Dillons Transportation & Facilities technical group is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to join our multidisciplinary team. You will work on exciting projects, providing clients with a fully integrated and superior customer experience. This position is available at any of the following Dillon offices: Alberta : Edmonton, Calgary. Responsibilities What your day will look like Leading and managing design teams for transportation infrastructure projects, including master plans, environmental assessments, engineering, tender documents, and construction services. Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams including engineers, planners, environmental scientists, and support staff. Ensuring designs meet standards and best practices. Managing detailed design drawing sets and stakeholder consultations. Liaising with sub-consultants and overseeing design reviews. Supporting project management plans and monitoring budgets. Business Development Contributing to client relationship development and new business opportunities. Learning & Development Participating in staff career development, training, and professional activities. Qualifications What you will need to succeed A degree in civil engineering. Licensed with APEGA as a Professional Engineer or eligible within six months. At least 10 years relevant experience. PTOE and/or RSP designation is an asset. Experience Managing teams of designers and drafters. Experience in highway and municipal road design, including intersections, overpasses, and interchanges. Knowledge of environmental assessment requirements and public consultation skills. Strong technical writing and team coordination skills.
