In This Role, You Are Expected To Advise customers on high-level financial solutions from a range of investment and credit banking products Engage with customers by asking thoughtful financial questions to create positive experiences and deepen relationships Provide personalized financial advice, address questions, and refer matters to team members or partners while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy Act as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer problems Maintain a professional space in common areas per marketing and regulatory guidelines Work with existing and prospective customers to provide financial reviews and discuss portfolio updates Stay knowledgeable about evolving regulations and industry codes of conduct; participate in process improvements Strive to achieve service level agreements and productivity targets Ensure documents reflect relevant regulations and business intents Collaborate as a team, mentor others, and address communication issues efficiently Job Requirements High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field is an asset Completion of IFIC or equivalent required CFSA must be completed within 12 months if hired Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience is an asset Knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes and banking concepts to provide personalized advice Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications Tactful communicator with concise, logical communication Self-initiator with strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills About TD TD is a global leader in financial services.
