We are looking for a strategic, dynamic, and relationship-obsessed Executive Business Partner to help us scale our impact in the public sector. This role connects delivery excellence, deep client relationships, and AI-powered transformation. Youll work at the intersection of client strategy, AI delivery, and growthowning the health and success of a portfolio of PubSec clients and shaping how AI comes to life in a real-world, high-impact industry. Role Overview Client Partner & Strategic Advisor and Growth Catalyst & Business Builder with Product & Innovation contributions as needed. You will be the executive face of AltaML for Public sector clients, guide AI solution delivery, and help evolve our delivery practices, templates, and standards as we scale. Responsibilities Be the executive face of AltaML for Public sector clients, building trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers Own and evolve account plans, identifying how we can deliver more value over time Bridge client needs, technical feasibility, and business outcomes to guide AI solution delivery Ensure projects run smoothly with oversight, quality assurance, and collaboration with delivery leads, ML engineers, and product teams Help achieve a high Net Promoter Score through top-notch service and team health Provide feedback to continuously improve delivery practices Amplify impact through thought leadership, testimonials, and case studies Spot opportunities early and shape them into strategic AI engagements Partner with Account Executives to craft compelling proposals and close deals Collaborate with cloud partners, consulting firms, and universities to scale delivery and ecosystem presence Lead creation of SOWs, pricing strategies, and proposals for new deals Develop better templates, processes, and standards as the organization grows Identify productization opportunities and collaborate with product teams to commercialize solutions What you bring (Qualifications) Executive-level client management experience in the Public sector; experience with tech, AI, or transformation projects is a plus Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals; you should speak the language even if you dont code Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring others Comfort navigating ambiguity, managing risk, and making confident decisions Passion for scaling impact, solving meaningful problems, and working with collaborative people Bonus: experience at a startup, scale-up, or innovation-driven environment First Nations Acknowledgment As this role is in Edmonton, Alberta, AltaML acknowledges we are on Treaty 6 Territory.
