Position We are growing and searching for a Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team at our Barrie North HearCANADA clinic! This is a permanent, full-time position with typical hours of work Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm local time. Role As a Hearing Care Professional with HearCANADA, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You will provide standardized hearing evaluations, deliver a high standard of client care, make product recommendations, educate on product usage and features, and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met. What we offer you $75,000 - 100,000 annual base earnings with an attractive variable compensation program and overall package potential of $125,000+ Employer-funded health, dental, and vision benefits (starting on day one) with an additional healthcare spending account RRSP program with employer matching Generous time off policies including paid vacation, 7 paid personal days per year, and 1 paid volunteer day per year Education assistance program, LinkedIn learning access, mentorship, and professional development opportunities What you will do Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing a variety of audiological assessments and hearing evaluations Stay abreast of new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make the most meaningful recommendations to clients Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended Collaborate with our clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls What we are looking for A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registrant of CASLPO or AHIP in good standing Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience An excellent communicator who can establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members Comfortable making product and service recommendations to clients and providing patient-centric education to ensure product adoption Experience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton) would be a definite asset, though not required HearCANADA is committed to fair and accessible employment practices, and we welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
