Extra travel benefits such as hotels and cruises Group RRSP investment options Vehicle and home heating fuel discounts through Chieftain Energy for you and your family Role Summary: As a Catering Attendant you are responsible for ensuring expectational safety standards, quality and presentation standards are met for Air North's In-Flight Kitchen. The incumbent ensures daily meal production follows specifications and quantities while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Package take-out food Portion and wrap foods Prepare, heat and finish simple food items Stock refrigerators and salad bars Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit Must haves: Minimum 3 years commercial kitchen operations and some baking experience Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to pass a background check for airport security clearance Must have a valid Drivers License and be comfortable operating a cube van Food Safe Level 1 certification considered an asset Must be a Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident or show proof of right to work in Canada Ready to join us?
