Responsibilities Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy Create strategy and optimization for Google Ad campaigns (SEM) Create strategy and optimization for Social Ads ( Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok Ads) Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO) Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS (Return of Ads Spend) Supervise the paid listings on third party websites and media partners Develop and oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategy Create strategy and optimization for email marketing campaigns (EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.) Supervise all performance tracker and measure all marketing campaigns Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to sales and marketing teams Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands' digital channels and asset Requirements Should have at least 5 years of experience as Project Manager, Campaign Planner, Product Marketing, or other relevant roles Proficient in spoken and written English Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analytics tools for generating insights. Proficient with digital marketing tools i.e. Mailchimp, Mixpanel, Insider SMS tools, etc Google Ads Search and Display certified GAIQ certified Google Tag Manager Strong proven track record for managing millions in ad spend Email marketing platforms Self-driven Degree in Marketing Communications or equivalent Past relevant experience in the Financial industry/fintech is highly valued At Amartha, we are dedicated to creating a workplace that celebrates diversity, ensures equity, and fosters inclusion.
