SHR Talent is partnering with a fast-growing PE-backed and highly profitable multi-site healthcare company in its search for a Senior Manager of Financial Operations. The Senior Manager of Financial Operations is a high-impact leadership opportunity to join a rapidly scaling organization and help build out the financial operations function from the ground up. As the Senior Manager of Financial Operations, youll work directly with a highly respected, long-tenured finance leader who is assembling a top-tier team to support growth, operational excellence, and financial integrity. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee core financial operations functions, including revenue cycle processes, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management Develop and implement scalable processes, policies, and controls to support the companys rapid growth and operational complexity Partner closely with accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth operational execution Manage daily and monthly cash operations, bank reconciliations, and treasury functions Support the financial integration of new acquisitions and newly opened locations Lead process improvement initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, and financial accuracy Build and mentor a high-performing financial operations team Collaborate with private equity partners and executive leadership to support reporting and operational goals Develop and monitor key operational metrics and dashboards to drive accountability and performance Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or Master of Business Administration (MBA), preferred 7+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting operations, or related roles, with at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity Experience in a healthcare, multi-site, or PE-backed environment, strongly preferred Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash management, and financial controls Proven ability to build teams, drive process improvements, and manage change in a growth-focused environment Proficiency in Excel and financial systems Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation or optimization experience, a plus Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Finance Industries Hospitals and Health Care Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at SHR Talent by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance Get notified about new Operations Manager jobs in Nashville Metropolitan Area .
