About the role: Operations Manager In this role, youll be responsible for managing both salaried and hourly employees , helping them grow while keeping daily operations running smoothly. Youll lead large-scale initiatives that impact not just your sitebut also the region. Your daily tasks will include everything from building productivity plans and reviewing forecasts , to ensuring safety compliance and collaborating with key departments such as HR, Engineering, Safety, and Loss Prevention . Youll also support Amazons three core logistics stages First Mile , Middle Mile , and Last Mile ensuring seamless transitions at every phase. This is a physically engaging position: expect to be on your feet up to 12 hours per shift , moving packages, climbing stairs, and working in variable temperatures.
