We are looking for a Staff Accountant (CPA Student) to join our team in Fall 2026, where your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes and your ambition will help shape what comes next. Youll collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals committed to making a difference for our clients, our communities, and one another. Your role: Dive deep into client engagements: Work on entire client files from start to finish, gaining hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and tax to build strong client service foundations. Broaden your expertise: Engage in Audit, Review, Compilation, White Paper, and Tax engagements, both independently and within a cross-functional team. What you bring to the table: Completion of bachelors degree in commerce or business administration (Accounting/Finance major) Eligibility to enroll in CPA PEP Familiarity with basic accounting concepts (balance sheet, income statement, etc.) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving abilities Proficiency with computer applications and willingness to learn new ones Knowledge of Caseware/Caseview and TaxPrep is an asset (not required) Whats in it for you?
