Position: Design Administrative Assistant As the first touch point at Claridge Homes Design Centers, we are looking for an upbeat professional to join our team. You are personable and a highly organized individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong knowledge of office-related computer applications. Reports to: Design Centre Manager Responsibilities: Calling purchasers to schedule appointments Handling clients and reselections in a professional manner Completing clarification with clients Handling purchasers' questions and follow-up Assisting the designers with small change orders Calling purchasers with urgent matters Taking payments from purchasers and documenting for the accounting department Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Completion of a Certificate or diploma in Office Administration and/or Customer Support Specialist. Sales or customer service experience is required, preferably in new home sales. Background and/or basic knowledge of construction or interior design is an asset. Passion for Interior Design is an asset. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Independent, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
