Position Summary Responsible for reviewing and processing payroll activities accurately and efficiently. Primary responsibilities include ensuring compliance with federal payroll regulations within the trucking and logistics industry. Collaborate closely with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate payroll records, resolve payroll discrepancies, and provide excellent support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours What you will do Accurately review and approve payroll for employees, ensuring timely and error-free payments. Submit Workers Compensation remittances for all provinces. Participate in Year-End processes. Triage centralized payroll inbox. Respond to escalated payroll inquiries. Support Payroll Team with questions. Provide guidance and training to employees on payroll-related matters. Monthly reporting. What you will bring 5-7 years of payroll processing experience. PCP Certification. Transportation Industry Experience is an asset. Experience with high-volume payroll processing. Multi-provincial payroll processing experience. Excel skills, including V-lookup and Pivot Tables. Skills & Competencies Data Entry and Keyboarding skills. Inquiry research and response skills. Payroll tax reporting knowledge. Timesheet auditing experience. Experience with UKG is an asset.
