Job Description Responsibilities Roadmapping: Gain a deep understanding of the customers, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners Develop product pricing and positioning strategies Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management Propose features, define and refine with the design team Work closely with development team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources Follow up on testing and go live Drive product launches including working with the marketing, sales, support, training, and executive leadership team Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding, train internal employee on your products and be the product voice for webinars, events and customers Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts towards your roadmap and goals Product Maintenance Coordinate bug resolution with the engineering team Specify and coordinate features requests Provide expert level support for your product portfolio Requirements Proven work experience an asset in product management or as an associate product manager Managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive leadership team Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, Internet of Things, and web technologies Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in an organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations What We Offer Opportunity to work and innovate on interesting and challenging projects Collaborate with a talented and dedicated group of professionals & subject matter experts across geographies Professional development opportunities - A welcoming culture for internal job rotations Enjoy the diversity & inclusivity, and zero tolerance to workplace harassments Grow your skills and experience with an enabling cultural value of leadership Comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being Onsite GYM Paid Vacations Paid Public Holidays Medical Benefits from day one We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
