Base pay range CA$20.00/hr - CA$23.00/hr We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Desktop Support Technician to provide first-level technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows 11, ticketing systems, and a foundational understanding of networking and Active Directory. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to support a variety of hardware and software environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for end-user hardware such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 11 operating systems Use a ticketing system to log, track, and manage service requests Manage user accounts, passwords, and group memberships in Active Directory Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity and access issues Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions Required Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in IT support or a related role Hands-on experience troubleshooting warehouse RF hardware (scan guns). Knowledge and support of label printing devices. Hands-on experience with Windows 11 Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.) Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) Experience with Active Directory user and group management Strong knowledge of end-user hardware : desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers Must have access to a reliable car(for onsite visits).
