This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, knows the ins and outs of production floors, and can lead teams with clarity, confidence, and purpose. You'll be the right hand to the Plant Manager, helping to oversee daily production operations, develop the workforce, and ensure every product leaving the facility meets rigorous quality standards.
