Position: Regional Sales Manager - Utilities Type: Regular Location: Mississauga, Ontario Job Description: Reporting to: Ontario Business Manager Key Accountabilities: Manage the Noramco Utility sales team and develop sales objectives in collaboration with PCM and Sales Director. Exceed customer expectations by processing orders, answering technical questions, and offering value-added solutions. Research new business opportunities and promote Noramco products to potential clients. Conduct market research on products and pricing to support new product promotion. Duties include but are not limited to: Perform all functions according to the Corporate Instruction (SPI) Manual. Coordinate sales and administrative functions, including liaising with operations, providing quotes, maintaining customer databases, and growing existing business. Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure satisfaction. Schedule work, allocate resources, and ensure order fulfillment and administrative tasks are completed efficiently. Maintain high customer service standards during interactions. Develop new business through strategic calls and research. Stay updated on product lines, industry changes, and vendor training. Promote knowledge sharing and participate in inventory and freight management. Support the sales team as needed and perform other duties assigned by management. Requirements: Post-secondary education. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Previous sales or inside sales experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to develop long-term client relationships. Professional approach, organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail. Technical proficiency to learn products quickly. Experience in creating quotations, project bids, and presentations. Knowledge of the electrical industry is an asset. Willingness to work overtime and demonstrate team spirit. Why Join Us?
