Overview We are currently seeking a Parts Person to join our Peterbilt dealership in Mississauga for an afternoon shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). The Parts Person assists customers in finding necessary parts, provides pricing information, and processes online parts orders. The role supports warehouse operations and parts inventory duties to bolster the Parts Business. This position reports to the Parts Manager and collaborates with the team to deliver optimal outcomes for customers. Responsibilities Assist customers in finding necessary parts and provide pricing information. Process online parts orders. Unload, receive, and store incoming parts and other materials in the warehouse and yard. Locate parts and materials and ship to customers and other branches. Provide assistance to branch service technicians as required. Place inventory stock orders and make inventory and bin adjustments. Accurately document and report all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information. Use parts and warehousing equipment and computer systems. Perform other duties as required.
