Your impact: As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you will be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve mobility, and achieve health goals. You will educate, motivate, and problem-solve to provide top-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support rehabilitation and wellness goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centered care and optimal outcomes. Mentor and lead as assigned to support team development. Stay current with best practices through ongoing learning and professional development. Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline workflow. Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact. Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies. Qualifications Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college. Professional liability insurance (as required). Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset. Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge. 12+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply). Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Assistive Devices Program (ADP) authorization is an asset. Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months).
